Update
The PerimeterX external support chat system (Slack) is currently experiencing performance issues. support@perimeterx.com email ticketing system is unaffected, and may still be used for support communications.

This incident affected: Code Defender (Alerting Service) and Human Systems (Customer Support Ticketing system).
